The property was identified as a speculative opportunity and acquired in 2005 at a London auction. The Parade having been badly managed was in a poor state of repair with little or no maintenance undertaken out for many years. Refurbishment works commenced immediately and planning applications where submitted to maximise values, negotiations held with tenants and rental income maximised.
