Hunters manage a very limited number of projects throughout the course of the year quite often only working on one project at any one time. Thus ensuring you have our complete and undivided attention. We believe as much effort should go into planning a project as is required to carry out the works themselves, finding this ensures the project runs to budget and meets your expectations from start to finish.

Design of a new extension or an entirely new dwelling is an exciting opportunity and our architects will be able to transform your expectations into a practical and stylish reality, taking time to consider every aspect of the design prior to approval.

Ensuring that the finished project is going to meet your complete expectations is the starting point and is achieved by fully understanding your intended use, type of construction and final finish. We will then consider and subsequently advise you how the works will be undertaken and what length of time they are likely to take to complete.

Planning permission, listed building consent and / or building regulation approval may be required and again we will be able to advise you of these requirements and make applications on your behalf.

Performing to budget is perhaps the most important aspect as we all have our own financial limits. Prior to commencing works we will take the time to run over the entire project with you from light switches to bath taps giving you time to reconsider design and finish will assist in minimising any unforeseen expense. A programme of the works will be supplied enabling you to follow the progress.

With preparations now fully completed and double checked, a site visit will be undertaken with your dedicated project manager, to go through the project in its entirety with a emphasis on the practicalities of carrying out and completing the intended works. The project manager will oversee every aspect of the project from commencement to completion.
