Management -
Brighton, East Sussex.

This listed Hotel was purchased as a run down Homeless Placement Unit, with a view to convert the flats to luxury apartments.
The Hunter Group identified that a temporary income could be established by continuing to operate the premises as a facility for the homeless, whilst the Group sought planning for conversion.

Brighton, East Sussex.

A management team was established and the high standards associated with The Hunter Group transformed a homeless ghetto into a safe, clean and well run establishment attracting interest from the Local Authority who eventually took a lease out on the building. We believe this was the first building to be leased in Brighton by the Local Authority in this way.

The Group subsequently disposed of the building with an established income from the Local Authority, making substantial gains.
