Having been exposed to exclusive venue hire at (Woodmancote Place), The Hunter Group purchased Wickwoods Country Club.
The project aim was to establish a long term property backed business investment. Hunters formulated business plans, finance, construction programmes along with business development strategies and ongoing business management.
The Club and business, had been in existence since 1967 and although it was making a marginal profit was in poor condition throughout, offering a challenging and potentially rewarding opportunity.
Over a three year period the building and business underwent substantial refurbishment and extension along with securing valuable planning gains.
The company's expertise across the property and construction industries ensure both a favourable and profitable conclusion.
