This property was purchased as a run down listed country estate of 200 acres with a range of traditional buildings. A temporary income was established at the property to help support the project.
A management strategy was instigated and the estate operated very successfully as one of the most exclusive hire venues in the south, catering for weddings, conferences and corporate entertainment. After 12 months a considerable planning gain was achieved for both the conversion of existing buildings and the erection of new luxury rural homes.
